The Better Business Bureau of Western Michigan congratulates the winners of the 2011 BBB Integrity Awards!
- Model Coverall Service – Grand Rapids
(11 to 99 employees category)
- Arbanas Tree Service – Kalamazoo
(1 to 10 employees category)
- Cartridges Are Us – Ithaca
(100 to 999 employees category)
Winners of the BBB Integrity Awards are nominated and selected based upon business practices indicating honesty, integrity, and doing the right thing. Winners received significant complimentary feedback from customers and vendors, and are involved in community service.
Model Coverall Service assisted a competitor that had suffered a fire by cleaning the competitor’s customer laundry. One of Arbanas’s customers wrote that “great service lives!”, while another wrote, “I can’t say enough good things about his business.” Cartridges Are Us is a winner of the Michigan Manufacturer of the Year Award, and one customer wrote: “Your customer service is beyond expectations, that’s why I keep coming back!”
The Better Business Bureau is proud to have Model Coverall Service, Arbanas Tree Service, and Cartridges Are Us representing some of the best business practices in Western Michigan.
